OUR MiSSION STATEMENT: Worship, walk and work to the word of God.

First Baptist Church of Bremen has been a cornerstone of the West Georgia community for more than 100 years. It is our desire to further service and revitalize the West Georgia community with a variety of expanded ministries and outreach programs. This expansion will allow us to continue to ‘Walk tHIS way’ and follow our vision to love and follow Jesus fully, so that others are drawn to Him, as well as unite us in expanding our reach while remaining true to core values… while this is not trendy, it keeps us true.

WORSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP
	•	The Bible is central to all we do at First Baptist Bremen. We offer blended worship services designed to appeal to a diverse congregation. Bro. Herman Parker is known throughout the Southern Baptist Convention for his effective style of expository preaching with an uncompromised belief in the inspiration and authority of Scripture. We have two services each Sunday morning, as well as a night service on both Sundays and Wednesdays. In addition, a children’s service is held each Sunday to meet the spiritual growth needs of our young people.
	•	Our Music program is recognized throughout West Georgia. Throughout scripture God’s people are admonished to sing, and music is a vital part of First Baptist Church of Bremen. In every aspect of the music ministry, including our blended worship experiences, we seek to glorify and worship our Heavenly Father. Our expansive program includes the Golden Tones Choir – Senior Adults, Children’s and Youth Choirs for Pre-K-12 Grade, Adult Choir, Orchestra, Handbells, and a youth praise band.
	•	There are a number of other fellowship programs including the ‘Young at Heart’ program for seniors, Wednesday Night Supper, the various youth programs, Men’s and Women’s ministries, and more.
DISCIPLESHIP AND EDUCATION
	•	We offer Bible Study classes for all age groups each Sunday morning. Our Sunday School classes are interactive and provide an environment for questions and answers as we learn together from God’s Word. In addition, First Baptist Church of Bremen offers a number of programs beyond Sunday school, including an active Vacation Bible School program, Discipleship courses, and more.
EVANGELISM AND MISSIONS
	•	Members of First Baptist Church of Bremen are active participants in mission trips through the world. We actively pray for, support and are involved in missions in our community and around the world. We have deployed mission teams to West Virginia, Croatia, Brazil, Utah, Haiti, Jamaica, Ukraine, Hungary, Russia, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission groups include Baptist Men, Women’s Missionary Union and Women on Mission, Mission Friends and Team KID.
In summary, our ministry is three-fold, as we seek to fulfill the Great Commission:
